Automated complex consisting of a Ramka-A packaging machine and a UT-400.01 heat shrink device. Intended for packaging items in shrink film.
The complex packs various food products (confectionery and bakery products, meat and fish products and their semi-finished products, fruits and vegetables), as well as various non-food products (books, magazines, household goods, and so on).
The productivity of the complex is 25-27 packages per minute, depending on the size of the package. It works with polyolefin (POF), polymer (PVC) and low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE) films.
Types of package
The products are packaged in a shrink film in the Ramka-A automated machine, then it goes to the UT-400.01 heat shrink device. There, the film shrinks under the influence of hot air and tightens the product.
Ramka-A requires a compressor to operate.
Easy-to-operate. There is no need to have a technical education or special skills, anyone can operate the complex. The operator controls the process of the complex using digital operator, regulates equipment units, enters and saves settings.
Automation features. The production of packages can be fully automated to produce more packages or reduce the staff to one or two people. In this regard the complex is connected to the feeding and diverting conveyors:
● the feeding belt conveyor automatically delivers the product to the packaging device,
● the diverting conveyor moves the finished packages to the sorting table.
