Intended for packaging any moderately dusty free-running products as cereals, animal feed, pellets, pasta, grains, and the like. Works with polypropylene film. The machine allows producing large packages due to the width of the film which is set to 550 millimeters.

Productivity is up to 150 packages per minute. Inpac-Ultra is a continuous automated operation due to the action of the roll welding device. A new roll of film is welded to the one that ends, while the machine continues to work.

This is a high-performance machine which the same high-speed dosing module is selected for. For example, a multi-head MDVK weigher.

The machine is equipped with additional nodes depending on the customer's goals. You choose only the components that are needed for packaging your products.

If necessary, the machine can be reconfigured for other products: the length of the package is set from the digital operator, and the package width change can be made by changing the forming node.
A four-sided forming unit that makes heat-sealed packages with welding faces, as for packages with ground coffee can be put on this machine.

Additional formative node
An auto-tracking system that ensures perfect repeatability of packages is provided to control the departure of packages from the collar. This system is necessary if you are packing in bags with a picture.
The machine is equipped with an anti-tuck device that smoothes the seams and makes them even, without pinching. This is important if you are packing, for example, chips.
Also in the basic configuration there is a roll welding module for very fast change of an empty roll to a new one.
Automation features. The production of packages can be fully automated to produce more packages or reduce the staff to one or two people. In this regard, the machine is connected to the feeding and diverting conveyors:
● feeding belt conveyor automatically delivers the product to the packaging complex,
● diverting conveyor moves the finished packages to the sorting table or the next packaging machine.
If you want to produce a new bulk product, you will not need to look for another packaging machine. It is enough to change additional nodes and set new packaging parameters in the control panel.

Operating principle. The film is pulled out of the roll through the belt gear, after which the forming tube gives it a cylindrical shape. The product from the dosing machine enters the film, and the drive mechanism of the welding units welds and cuts off the finished package.

One cycle — one product package. The correct sequence of steps is monitored by the cycle sensor and software.
All equipment is fully electro-mechanical, without the use of pneumatic systems, so there is no need to spend money on the compressor. Equipment controller is Japanese OMRON switch.

Доставка осуществляется несколькими способами: 1) Заказчик самостоятельно забирает оборудование и груз едет от точки «А» до точки «Б» 2) Мы доставляем оборудование до терминала транспортной компании, которую выбрал заказчик в Казани - осуществляется нашими силами (собственный автотранспорт). 3) Срочные небольшие грузы (например запчасти), в этом случае прибегаем к помощи Авиаперевозок. 4) Четвертый способ «смешанный», когда оборудование может ехать сначала автотранспортом, далее ЖД перевозка, и после доставка речным транспортом. Отправка Груза в основном осуществляется транспортной компанией ПЭК, мелкие посылки через СДЭК Сроки доставки груза расписаны на сайте ТК (https://pecom.ru/terms/schedules-and-timing-of-transportation/) В среднем доставка осуществляется от 2 до 5 дней, дальние направления от 1 недели. По оплате - есть два способа Первый, это когда клиент оплачивает нам перевозку, а мы по договору с транспортной компанией оплачиваем выставленный счёт; Второй способ, это когда заказчик связывается напрямую с ТК и запрашивает счёт на перевозку.
