Verpack-Tray+UT-650 automated packaging complex

Packs in a thick plastic film groups of any products for which transport packaging is usually needed: bottles, pet containers, jars, bags with bulk products. This is an automatic complex, easily integrated into any automated bottling line. The main purpose is the packaging of glass containers. Before packaging in film, the complex forms and places groups of products in cardboard trays. The machine can be made in three versions: Classic performance The performance of the complex in the classic version is 6–8 packs per minute. The process of packing groups of bottles goes with stops: when gluing trays and packing the group into film. This is the least productive version of Verpac-tray, works on electric drives. Multipack (multi-format version) More productive and versatile option. Designed to work in conditions when you need to pack bottles of different formats. In this design, the complex quickly reconfigures to a different type of product. The ease of readjustment is achieved through the use of a conveyor bending tray. Depending on the packaging and the number of bottles in the group, it is easily adjustable for different packaging sizes. Multipack performance is higher than the classic version - up to 15 packs per minute. This is a servo drive machine. Continuous (high speed machine) In continuous execution, the machine runs non-stop, and productivity increases to 50 packs per minute. This speed is achieved by replacing the adhesive containers that glue cardboard trays, and changing the principle of packaging groups of products in a film: instead of glue tanks, we install high-speed Nordson glue stations, instead of a welding module, a wrapping mechanism is used, in which the film is loaded under a group of products and is already welded in a thermal tunnel under the influence of hot air. The complex also quickly reconfigures to a different type of product.
