Dosing modules
Dosing modules distribute the products into portions for packaging machines.
Intended for weight dosing of bulk, granular, crystalline, small-piece food (pasta, cereals, sugar) and non-food products of a similar structure. Screw dosing module intended for powdery and dusty products.
Modules are selected based on the required productivity and error of dosing and product type. These parameters are affected by the number of cascades and streams in the module.
Streams are automatic lines of vibrating trays which the product simultaneously passes along before it enters the packaging machine. The more such streams, the more products pass through the dosing module, and the more productive it is.
Cascades are vibrating trays, which the products sequentially pass through. The module accurately measures the weight of each portion because of the two levels of vibrating trays, so the error of dosing is lower in two-stage modules.
Modules with two stages are also used for packing large products. For example, dumplings or sweets.
