Conveyor systems
Conveyor systems speed up and simplify product packaging: they help produce more packages per minute and reduce staff to one or two people.
In this regard the packaging machines are connected to the feeding and diverting conveyors:
● products are loaded into a feeder bin that delivers it to the conveyor,
● feeding conveyor automatically delivers the product to the packaging section,
● diverting conveyor moves the finished packages to the sorting table or the next packaging machine.
Vibrating feeder → feeding conveyor → dosing module → packaging machine — this is the basic automated packaging system.
Depending on the customer's tasks, we can assemble a production package of any complexity.
