Verpak-A3M + UT-650 is a fully automatic complex. It consists of a conveyor, a packaging device and a thermal tunnel. The conveyor forms a group of products that enters the packaging device. After packaging with a film, the group enters the thermal tunnel. There, under the influence of hot air, the film shrinks and tightens the products.
Depending on the final layout of the room, the machine can be implemented with a side feed conveyor or with a direct-flow conveyor.
Automatically packs in a thick plastic film groups of any products for which transport packaging is usually needed: bottles, pet containers, jars, bags with bulk products.
It can do packaging on a cardboard substrate or with partitions, which is important when packaging glass containers.
The complex is suitable for large-scale production and can be easily integrated into any automated line. Equipped with Japanese OMRON controllers and CAMOZZI pneumatics
